Women:
Of course Oprah! She created her own empire and she's fly EVERYDAY! especially when she wears those diamond earrings i love. She's definitely on top in the boardroom and on the stage b/c she's self-made unlike Kimora who was able to launch her line b/c she married Russell. I can't hate on her strategy, but she gets no vote from me. I would say Tyra comes in 2nd b/c she also evolved her own career by thinking outside the box, and was persistent as she says many ppl rejected her idea for ANTM. Props to Crystal McCrary Anthony also. Really good picks B-Life.

Men:
Definitely J. He's is always fresh.. and that's just it.

Oprah (Tyra could possibly be on her way to being a mini Oprah. I love watching Kimora's new show and seeing how she's so hands on with the business and raising her girls.)

Jay-Z!
