B honored...part 2

Last night, Bombay Sapphire honored the impact of black style on the fashion industry. Six stylists/fashion-insiders pulled together 3 NY-inspired looks that were fly, fierce, and uniquely ours.
E! Fashion Police host, Robert Verdi and star-stylist, Alexander Allen.

Kurtis Pemberton, Epiphany Media LLC
Natalie Colter, ABC TV & Imani Muhammed, Thurgood Marshall College Fund

Misa Hylton looked fab, rocking the bob of the season.

Misa's interpretation of urban style...I need that hoodie!

New York looks by Memsor Kamarake, Fashion Director, VIBE. Check the LV denim shorts.

Coltrane Curtis, MTV Fashion VJ and Managing Partner/Creative Director, Epiphany Media LLC.

...more from Coltrane, who styled and wore these colorful, urban prepster looks.

Alexander Allen

...and his declaration of NY style. Yes folks, that is a gold lame' LV bag, and it is HOT!

Emil Wilbekin, former Editor-in-chief of VIBE
Emil's styles...the blazer and camo shorts were my personal fave.

To win the Bombay Sapphire goodie bag, email The Committee at theblife@gmail.com and send us a picture of your interpretation of urban style.

Yo!!! Forget all ya'll animal rights activists!!!!! Get a life!!! If it's that bad don't look at the pics!!! I love all of the displays. Especially Coltrane's fashions. Coltrane is what I like to call a fashion kamikazi!! He comes up with wild colore schemes and patterns. And doesn't care what anybody thinks. We need to see more of that in the fashion world.
