The Oasis Day Spa, a personal favorite of the Committee, has 3 convenient locations, including one for travellers going in and out of JFK. The ambiance is soothing, the staff is especially accommodating, and the "relaxation/waiting" room is chocked full-of-nuts (and other fun snacks), literally. It's hard to find a great spa in Manhattan that isn't overly pretentious and has reasonable prices.
