B about corporate diversity....

As a follow-up to the previous post, I wanted to give you Black Enterprise's complete list of corporate diversity champions. After all, it's not about a lunch or the pomp & circumstance. The goal is to get leaders of color through the doors and provide a work environment that not only tolerates diversity, but embraces it.

Black Enterprise chose their list based on the following criteria: "BE’s corporate diversity survey focused primarily on activities related to the participation of African Americans and other ethnic minority groups in four key areas: supplier diversity, senior management, board involvement, and employee base."
