10 Signs He's Just Not That Into You...

1. His sister is getting married, and he decides to go "stag"

2. You're sick, and he wants to wait a few days to see you, just in case you're contagious

3. You look forward to meeting his friends, and when you finally do, they accidentally call you the wrong name

4. He thinks it's "unprofessional" to take a girlfriend to his company picnic, even though he has +1

5. Every time you have plans to go to dinner, he gets caught up at work, and your date turns into a late night drink (a.k.a. a glorified pre-booty call)

6. He goes to sleep before you get yours - enough said

7. The only time he answers your text messages is when you put "911" on the end

8. The last gift he got you from him was 1) a gym membership or 2) a cook book

9. He has no interest in meeting your mom when she comes in town, even though you've been dating for 2+ years

10. He changes the sheets every time you get out of bed...and asks you to help

B Trendy: Buzz Cuts?

What's the real deal with the new buzz cut trend? Is it a cry for help, attention, a way to stay cool in the summer, or just simply the new hot ish? There's a strong possibility the buzz will be to '09, what the asymmetrical cut was to '08. Let's the buzz begin...

All buzz cuts aren't created equal, so let's see how everyone is shaping up?

Solange
In-shape?
We applaud her courage to do the "buzz" her own way and embrace a natural look. Is it flattering? Not sure, but it lends to maximum versatility when it's time to toss on a wig on it.

LaLa Vasquez

In-shape?
Cassie copy-cat? Maybe, but this is actually kinda fly. Good luck on the grow out LaLa.

Rihanna

In-shape?
A natural evolution of the movement she created. We'll wait patiently to see what's next.

Angel (from Bravo's "The Fashion Show")
In-shape?
This designer's edgy style matched her edgy cut. It's a perfect fit.

Amber Rose

In-shape?
The first inclination is to find fault. But at the end of the day, this chick gives good face.

Cassie
In-shape?
There's a lot to be admired about this beauty, but we fear her cut was an attempt to stay relevant. She was, however, a pioneer of the "fashion buzz"...

B Reviewed: Dinosaur BBQ

646 W 131st St.
New York, NY 10027
212-694-1777

Rediscover an old favorite (or visit that spot you kept hearing about, but never experienced for yourself).
Harlem's Dinosaur BBQ is the perfect place for messy, hearty food, and fellowship.

On a chance visit after landing from a flight, we headed to Dinosaur BBQ only to compete for seats with every recreational softball teams in the area. Winners, losers, spectators - it didn't matter! All the players just wanted to get to that grub!

With moderate prices, and several combo plates where you can taste ribs, chicken, and brisket, with a side of shrimp - you won't leave hungry. It might not taste exactly like your uncle's grill, but it's a fun stop with friends that will satisfy the "greedy" before to get back to your summer salads.

B Inspired: Keri Hilson - Futuristic Homage

Keri Hilson in London

They say imitation is the greatest form of flattery. If so, we have no shame in our love of Keri Hilson's...everything. Chick is rocking a few modern shapes with the courageous harem pant, bold brights, and cheeky accessories - tossing a nod to the "homeland". While an out-and-out copy would be a little insane, the picks below channel Keri's look for a fraction of the price.

B a good Bridesmaid...

Bridesmaid DO's and DON'Ts
Wedding Season is upon us, and it's a wonderful time of love, reunions, new unions, and overall commitments. One commitment, not to be underestimated, is that of being a bridesmaid. You have to commit your time, money, and most of all - patience. And even though a bridesmaid is charged with supporting the bride at all costs, there is a limit. Let's explore a few, and feel free to add to the list!

DON'T agree to be a bridesmaid just because your co-worker just got engaged, is new to the area, and doesn't have any friends.
DO be gracious when asked to serve as a bridesmaid, regardless of the answer, and make the decision that's right for you.

DON'T agree to gain weight, just because the bride wants to look better than the entire bridal party.
DO feel free to give input on the style of the dress. Not everyone looks good in a satin slip dress.

DON'T agree to be a bridesmaid just so that you can meet one of the groomsmen.
DO remember that as a member of the bridal party, you are a representation of the bride and groom. So keep it classy!

DON'T agree to pay for EVERY trip, cake, and miscellaneous activity when your bride has champagne taste on a Bud Light budget. It's not your job to supplement her expenses.
DO make sacrifices with your time and energy to attend all "required" events and support your bride.

DON'T for a second think the wedding is about you, just because you're in the bridal party.
DO be genuinely happy for the bride, be at her beckon call, and give her a few allowances on wedding day.

B in the Spotlight: Kobe Saki

Kobe Saki of Kobe Saki Creative Studio
Q: Why did you create a Michael Jackson tribute line?
A: I decided to do an MJ line because I'm a designer. This was a great opportunity
to express my own feelings towards the man through the products I put out
there.

Q: What makes your collection distinct?
A: My line is distinct from others in that it covers an entire spectrum of styles.
There's vintage tees, trendy tees, and what I view as high fashion looks.
However the collective goal is to have shirts that stand apart within their
respective genres. For example silhouette tees often lend themselves to high
fashion or trendiness. I chose to place a spin on the silhouette by activating it
with a custom montage.

Q: What do you have coming up next?
A: Well, you can expect a line of sport-themed women's and men's tees to be designed
by Kobe Saki, and released under a start up label. The name is hush for now, but
the label has meetings scheduled with a sports agency representing one of the
top NBA draft picks. It should be a hot line.
